Exhibitor booths at all PVMA events are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and/or through sponsorship packages. Exhibitor information and applications are released each year in February. To be considered, all interested parties must complete the official online exhibitor application; expressions of interest via email or phone will not be accepted. Booth space cannot be held without a completed application, and prior participation does not guarantee placement at future events. Due to limited space, we may sell out prior to the deadline. Booth space is not confirmed until an invoice has been issued and payment is received by the stated deadline. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you to our upcoming events.
