Refund Policy: A written refund request must be received no later than July 20, 2025 in order to receive a full refund. Refund requests received after July 20, 2025 will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will NOT be given after August 12, 2025. Email events@pavma.org. 

Keynote Presentation: Refunds will not be granted for the Keynote Presentation after August 1, 2025.
